I’m even more tired after this weekend than i was before …

To Mc Allen, Texas this time!
We go shopping in the U.S. because clothes, shoes, electronics, etc. are almost 50% cheeper just across the border (Mexico handles very high import taxes). But the most important reason: you can’t find fitting pants here if you are above 1,65 m tall … america is the closest option.

I read something over at Pietel’s and eyecandy’s blog this morning which got me confused. I also work with mac and noticed colours aren’t always what they’re supposed to be. The results are different in every application i use, though colour profiles are the same. This ColorSync sounds promising indeed, but doesn’t seem to fulfill expectations. Or am i not using this correctly? I should get into this more thoroughly because colours are too important in my line of work to not get them right. Anyway, not now, later on today … this is too complicated on an early saturday morning … haven’t had my coffee yet.

Suggestions anyone?

I felt miserable all week, wasn’t able to contain myself, couldn’t sleep and i can’t explain why … Today i got rid of all the junk on my computer, cleaned my desk and sorted out paperwork. I studied some more spanish grammar and forced myself to reply to some spanish emails. I went for a head-clearance-walk and now i feel fresh again, ready for a productive weekend.

Still some good things happened this week:

• the laundry is done
• “over een kleine mol die wil weten wie er op zijn kop gepoept heeft” made me laugh again. (**funny little book by Werner Holzwarth and Wolf Erlbruch)
• virtually met Tinne Luyten, a pleasant and inspirational encounter
• Tim cooked sprouts
Kenny is almost done with the piles (might not mean anything to you, but it is a big deal here!)
• my two cats felt something was wrong and did their very best to entertain me this week, cute animals!
