another broken camera
This Pentax MZ-M went crazy today, absolutely lost his head.
He’s rewinding the film when i’ve just loaded a new one, he opens his shutter for 30 seconds when he should only expose 1/500 and he makes robot noises! So, as far as i can tell he’s physically still in good shape, but mentally disturbed. I’m quite sad about this because it was my very first analogue reflex camera and also my only one. Guess this means i’m going strictly digital for a while …
Now i can use some advise.
Shall i have this one fixed or shall i just sell it, if it’s still worth anything? I shoot a lot with my Nikon D70 and was already planning on expanding my gear into that direction. Although it will cost me more i think buying myself an analogue Nikon body would be the logical thing to do. Let me know what you think and if you have some, throw in some camera suggestions too …

hey Ties,
op ebay zijn er nu echt wel koopjes te doen. Heb net jou model eens opgezocht en er staat er nu één in de aanbieding voor 0,66 euro.
Hij moet wel nog 3 dagen staan dus de prijs zal nog wel de hoogte ingaan.
Met welke lenzen fotografeer jij zoal? Of van welke ben je heel tevreden?
‘k Ben zelf van plan een nieuwe lens te kopen voor mijn canon 350d en ben eens aan ‘t rondhoren.

hey hey… just from a “picture” point of view: i use have a very old contax RTS with a 28mm Carl Zeiss lens, and the quality is absolutely flawless (you even would be able to see it, if i could be bothered to actually handle my negatives with care :-)

yes i know, i’m a big fan of old camera’s.
since i might visit belgium soon, i’ll definitely stop by ‘grobet’ to see if they have an interesting second hand one.
