galoshes reinvented – SWIMS
The funny thing is, galoshes always were overshoes … but i’ve never seen anyone actually wear them as overshoes. Where i come from (a wet country), they are an easy substitute for wellies. Their place is by the back door and they come in very handy to go do something quickly in the garden, or take the garbage out.
It’s also no surprise to me that a Norwegian designer decided to give old fashioned galoshes another go! Can’t imagine them being of any use in dry and sunny countries …
What’s your experience with this footwear? Please tell me, i’m curious.
